SignPiP — Support

SignPiP adds a sign-language interpreter, in a picture-in-picture window, to lecture and other videos so Deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers can follow along.

Using the app

1. Tap New video and paste a link to a video you have the right to use.
2. Tap Submit — processing usually takes 1–3 minutes.
3. When it’s ready, play the result (the avatar signs in the corner) or download it.
4. Not quite right? Use Fix the signing to correct a word and re-render.

Common questions

• Nothing happens after I submit. Processing needs an internet connection and takes a minute or two; the screen shows progress. If it stalls, try again or email us.
• Do I need an account? No — SignPiP does not require sign-up or login.
• How do I remove my video? Delete the job in the app; that removes it and all its files.
